For hygiene and safety reasons, all earring sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, even if they are unworn. If youโ€™d like to make any changes to your order anytime before your shipping label is created please reach out to us via Shop chat on our Homepage or email us at customerservice@boholobes.com , weโ€™re happy to accommodate!

โ€ข If your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and weโ€™ll be happy to assist.

โ€ข For hygiene and safety reasons, any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

Submit a return request (if eligible)

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.


Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.


If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.


Select a return reason and add a note for the store.


Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
