Q: Are shorter tunnels an option?

A: For some sizes and styles, YES!

Q: Can my plugs be made with screw-back tunnels?

A: Message us for a custom order request if you'd like screw-backs prior to ordering or leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate!

Q: Do you offer gold tunnels?

A: Yes we offer gold plated, and in screw-backs too! (in some sizes and styles)

After receiving your order, please:

• Confirm you received the correct size

• Gently clean with an alcohol wipe before wearing

• Wear only in fully healed lobes (never unhealed piercings)

To keep your jewelry looking its best, please avoid:

Showering • Swimming • Sleeping in them • Soaking in water

Hair products • Sunscreen • Lotions • Perfumes

These pieces are handmade and not intended for prolonged moisture exposure.

Your order will include:

👯 Are Earrings Sold in Pairs?

Yes!

Quantity “1” = 1 pair (2 earrings)

If an item is sold as a single, it will be clearly stated in the listing description.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of body jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges, even if unworn.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Ordering the wrong size

• Changing your mind

• Not reading item details

• Preference on weight or fit

Many materials used are costume-grade and sourced in batches. Minor variations may occur, such as:

• Slight color differences

• Small scratches or surface marks

• Minor crystal or embellishment variations

📦 Marked Delivered but Not Received?

If tracking says DELIVERED but you don’t see your package:

Please check with:

• Your local post office

• Household members

• Neighbors

Once a package is marked delivered, Boholobes is no longer responsible for the shipment. Any delivery disputes must be handled with USPS.

🚚 Shipping Speed vs Processing Time

Upgrading shipping does not skip processing time.

• Orders are handmade and require 3–5 business days to create

• Shipping speed only affects transit time after shipment

📏 Wearable Length, Weight & Style

Wearable length and weight vary depending on size and design.

We choose between plugs or tunnels based on what best supports the embellishment unless you request otherwise before purchase.

Listing photos are examples only. Because we offer many size/style combinations, we cannot photograph every variation.

If you’re unsure about size, weight, or proportions — please message us before ordering. We want you to feel confident in your purchase!

💪 Durability

Our pieces are designed for regular wear and are assembled using strong, non-toxic industrial epoxy.

While breakage is rare, it can happen due to impact or strain. For special events, we recommend having a backup pair (just in case!).

If your item breaks within 90 days, message us with photos and we will replace it with the same item when possible.

🏠 Wrong Shipping Address?

If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update the address (postage differences may apply). Address changes must be requested through Etsy messages.

If your order has already shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect or outdated addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional postage will be required to resend it.

No refunds are issued for returned packages due to address errors.

👂 Not Sitting Right on Your Ears?

Some styles have a longer wearable length (approx. 8–10mm). If they feel loose or sit forward:

Use O-rings to cinch them tighter (included with single flare styles, sold separately for screw-back).

Because ear anatomy varies, fit can differ from person to person. Please ask questions before ordering if you have concerns — we’re always happy to help!
