*The wearable length of the tunnel/plug is significantly long for some (about 8-10mm). If you find these to be too long or the embellishment too heavy simply use the o-rings (provided for single-flare, purchased separately for screw-back) to cinch them tighter, just as you would a regular earring and nut/backing. This solution works for most, however not all.
