✨ More Information About Our Crystals ✨
Foil-back crystals are designed to maximize sparkle. A thin metallic layer of aluminum (silver or colored) is applied to the back of the crystal, acting like a mirror. As light passes through the stone, the foil reflects it back through the facets—creating intensified brilliance and shine.
Why this matters:
• The mirrored backing enhances brightness and sparkle
• Especially effective for clear and lighter-colored crystals
• Darker crystals naturally reflect less light than lighter shades, giving them a richer, more opaque appearance in person
